North Macedonia Concludes Local Elections With Mayoral Runoffs

Voters in North Macedonia’s capital, Skopje, have been casting ballots to elect the city mayor. Parties in the parliamentary opposition are hoping that the local elections might change alliances in the assembly and threaten Prime Minister Zoran Zaev’s majority.
